Child Safety Standards

Call Status / Ring reel — a product of ERROA TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED and Mega Mind Developer. Effective date: 9 September 2026.

Call Status / Ring reel, ERROA TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED and Mega Mind Developer have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These are the publicly published child safety standards for the Call Status / Ring reel mobile application and related services.

Explicit prohibition of CSAE

Call Status / Ring reel expressly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, without limitation:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including real, fictional, simulated, cartoon, AI-generated, or digitally altered content
• Sexualization of a minor (any person under 18)
• Child grooming
• Sextortion of a child
• Trafficking of a child for sexual purposes
• Soliciting, sharing, requesting, or promoting sexual content involving a minor
• Using Call Status / Ring reel calling, chat, status, media, profile, or any other feature to endanger, exploit, or abuse a child

These prohibitions apply to all users of the Call Status / Ring reel app and related services operated by ERROA TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED and Mega Mind Developer.

Who may use Call Status / Ring reel

Call Status / Ring reel is not intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age required by applicable law. We may remove accounts and data where we believe a user is underage or is using the service in a way that endangers a child.

Reporting in the app

Users can report content, accounts, messages, statuses, media, or behaviour from inside Call Status / Ring reel using the in-app Report / Block controls. Reports related to child safety are treated as highest priority.

How we handle CSAM and CSAE

When Call Status / Ring reel, ERROA TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED or Mega Mind Developer obtains actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM:

• We remove the content
• We restrict, suspend, or permanently ban the responsible account
• We preserve relevant records as required by law
• We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant Indian authority (local police, cybercrime.gov.in, or the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights), as applicable
